Max Rendina won't take part in the Italy-Sardinia Rally

The stop of medical staff has come today following a specialist examination. Medical staff has decided to carry on with the period of total rest.

Rome, 5th of June, 2015 - Max Rendina won't run the "Italy-Sardinia" rally, sixth stage of the World rally championship, scheduled from 11th to 14th of June.

The roman pilot was advised by portuguese doctors to get total rest for 21 days after the accident happened last 23rd of May during the portuguese rally. Since then Max Rendina has been subjected to a series of clinical checkups.

This morning the medical staff has decided to confirm Rendina’s rest period in order regain full physical efficiency and deal with the rest of the world championship season. This means that Max won't be able to take part in the Italy-Sardinia race which was very important to him.

Accordingly with his physical condition, the pilot of Motorsportitalia is going to run in the rally of Poland scheduled for2-5 of July.
